Return Process

  Upload clear photos of the product and packaging to verify that the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags intact.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the item in its original box and our courier partner will arrive for a doorstep pickup within 48 hours.

  Receive Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund or exchange replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
